Prepare your requestIs actual weight always the billable weight?
No. A shipment may be charged using the higher of actual and volumetric weight under the chosen service's rules. Confirm the divisor, how packages are assessed and any rounding with PGH.
What measurements should I send?
Send the outer packed length, width, height, gross weight and number of pieces. For different-sized pieces, list each size separately and include photos of irregular items.
Can I send batteries, liquids or special goods?
Tell PGH exactly what is inside before the supplier dispatches. Acceptance and preparation depend on the product and available channel; do not assume all items can travel together.
Who handles delivery in the Philippines?
Local motorcycle riders, including Lalamove and Grab riders, small vans or trucks may handle delivery according to the cargo and destination. Our warehouse team checks collection details before release, and your PGH contact follows up on the handover. Confirm the address, phone number and access instructions in advance.
How is the transit estimate calculated?
Confirm the estimated air freight time from flight departure to customer receipt in writing before payment or dispatch. This is an estimate, not guaranteed delivery. Confirm destination coverage and shipment eligibility in your quote. Flight delays, local flooding, typhoons and other extreme weather may affect timing.
What if a parcel is missing or damaged?
Share your reference, the issue and clear photos with your PGH contact promptly. Keep the wrapping for review and follow the agreed reporting and claims process.
What is usually included in a quote?
Quotes usually include China warehouse handling, international transport, customs declaration, customs clearance and last-mile delivery in the Philippines. Overlength cargo and remote destinations may incur additional charges. Confirm the itemised scope, taxes and any extra charges before booking.
