Details that matter

Packed for what is inside.

The outer package is part of your shipment. Machinery may need timber protection; long materials need supported ends; small goods need secure wrapping and a readable shipping mark.

  • Confirm the full packed size, including the frame and base.
  • Share the longest dimensions and explain any fragile or exposed ends.
  • Put the agreed reference on each piece, separate from the manufacturer's carton printing.

Measure before you ship

How much space will it take?

Measure the finished package, including wrapping, timber frames and pallets. Use the largest outside dimensions—not the product dimensions.

Outer package length, width and heightHWL
  1. L / W / H: measure the outside extremes in centimetres.
  2. Weigh the complete packed piece, including its base.
  3. Use this example for identical pieces. List mixed sizes separately.
Total packed volume0.096 m³

CBM = L × W × H × pieces / 1,000,000

Volume estimate only. Rates, minimum charges, heavy cargo rules and any packing changes must be confirmed with PGH.

Ask about these measurements
Before you book

Check the full scope before dispatch.

Ask what your quote includes: receiving, consolidation, packing changes, origin and destination handling, clearance arrangements and final delivery. Minimum charges, dense cargo, special handling or hard-to-access delivery points may change the total.

Prepare your request
How is the sea freight price worked out?

Packed volume, weight, goods, route and delivery needs all matter. The CBM tool on this page estimates volume only; it does not calculate a freight price.

Can several suppliers send to one warehouse?

Share their locations and expected deliveries first. Confirm the receiving address and customer mark with PGH, then agree how the pieces will be consolidated.

How long does sea freight take?

Confirm the estimated sea freight time from vessel departure to customer receipt in writing before payment or dispatch. This is an estimate, not guaranteed delivery. Confirm destination coverage and shipment eligibility in your quote. Local flooding, typhoons and other extreme weather may affect timing.

What about machinery or fragile goods?

Send photos, packed measurements and handling requirements before booking. Agree on any timber frame, padding, lifting or unloading needs before the goods move.

What if the shipment is late or something looks damaged?

Contact your PGH representative with your shipment reference and photos. Keep the packaging and report the issue promptly so the team can review the next steps under the agreed terms.

Can I visit or speak with someone locally?

Yes—contact the Philippine team to arrange a conversation or visit. Use the contact and location details listed on our website.

What is usually included in a quote?

Quotes usually include China warehouse handling, international transport, customs declaration, customs clearance and last-mile delivery in the Philippines. Overlength cargo and remote destinations may incur additional charges. Confirm the itemised scope, taxes and any extra charges before booking.
