From the right product to your door.
Bring a product link, a photo or a clear idea. PGH helps you discuss China-made products, purchasing details and the onward shipping plan for your business in the Philippines.
A useful sourcing request starts with specifics.
What is it for? Which material, model or size? How many pieces? What matters most—finish, price, packaging or delivery timing? Clear requirements make the next conversation more useful.
A clearer product brief

Check before committing
Discuss samples, quantities and the checks included in the service.
Purchasing meets shipping
Plan packing and the onward route alongside the order.
Look beyond a product picture.
Two similar-looking items can differ in material, dimensions, finish and packing. Decide which details must match before you approve an order.

Confirm product costs and service costs separately.
Ask for a clear breakdown of the product, domestic transport, samples, agreed inspection or sourcing service, packing changes and international shipping. Supplier information and sample checks reduce uncertainty, but do not replace any product certification your business needs.
Prepare your requestCan I start with just a photo or a link?
Yes. Add the quantity, size or material, target budget and how you intend to use the product. The more specific your brief, the easier it is to discuss suitable options.
Will I approve the product before purchase?
Agree the product specification, supplier option, quantity and costs with PGH before confirming the purchase. Ask about samples when a photo is not enough.
Can you inspect the products?
Discuss the checks you need and what is included before ordering. Photos and basic quantity checks are different from a specialist test or certification.
Is the lowest supplier price the final cost?
No. Samples, China transport, agreed service fees, packing and international shipping may be separate. Review the full breakdown before committing.
What if the supplier changes a detail or is delayed?
Keep the agreed specification and order terms clear. Ask your PGH contact to review the change with you before a replacement or revised arrangement is accepted.
Can you help send goods from different suppliers?
Share each supplier and the expected ready date. We can discuss receiving, consolidation and an air or sea freight plan for the combined order.
